The Neumann's began painting parking lots in 1994 with one used striping machine. Kevin, Owner of K & K, is a graduate of University of Nebraska, Lincoln and US Army War collage. His service to this great Nation and the State of Nebraska began with the Nebraska Army National Guard in 1983. He retired as Brigadier General Select in 2011 as Chief of Staff of the Nebraska Army National Guard. Following in his footsteps, his son Corey is the company’s primary striping Subject Matter Expert (SME).

We specialize in parking lot striping, layout, and design. We also offer the following services; ADA compliant parking lot layout and signage, sports courts, and playground markings.
In 2020 we expanded our business and added seal coating, asphalt and concrete crack filling using hot tar, and asphalt/concrete repairs.
